In the production of Sheng-An precision extrusion series, the common appearance adjustment of medical PVC hose products is generally divided into two kinds: fog surface and high permeability. The desired effect can be achieved by adjusting the extruder.
1. If the appearance needs the fog surface effect, you can make the following adjustments:
A. Reduce the extrusion temperature with no problem of plasticizing;
B. Add an air blowing device at the entrance of the water tank;
C. reduce the screw speed.
2. If the appearance needs high permeability effect, the following adjustments can be made:
A. Increase the extrusion temperature;
B. Increase screw speed.
