This series of high precision extrusion equipment consists of extrusion main machine,import (domestic) melt gear metering pump (optional), extrusion die, high stable vacuumforming cooling tank and precision servo haul-off and cutting machine and conveyor.Customer can choose imported closed-loop system to control stability of the completeunit.

Applicable materials: PEBAX, PA (Nylon, Modified nylon), PP and PE, PE + BaSO4;Teflon and other materials for medical application.

Applicable tube diameter and margin of tolerance: outside diameter: 0.3-8mm;dimensional tolerance of outside diameter: +/-0.01, +/-0.02, +/-0.05mm; wall thickness:0.05-2.5mm.
