This extrusion production line consists of a single-screw extruder main unit, a dedicated extrusion die forthin-walled tubes, dedicated water tanks for thin-walled tubes, a dedicated servo traction cutter forthin-walled tubes, a dedicated conveyor for thin-walled tubes,a melt metering pump, an outer diametermeasuring instrument, a dehumidifying dryer, and other auxiliary accessories. The production line canbe customized according to customer requirements.

The entire line integrates precision extrusion, vacuum shaping, online measurement and control, servotraction cutting, and material drying, fully meeting the stringent requirements of medical catheters fordimensional accuracy, biocompatibility, and surface finish. It is a core equipment for the large-scaleproduction of medical anesthesia catheters, interventional catheters, and precision fluid delivery tubes.
